The 2017 York Early Music International Young Artists Competition will be live streamed from the web page https://www.youtube.com/user/ncemyork/live on Saturday, 15 July 2017, between 11:00 and 18:30. The competition is being organised by the UK National Centre for Early Music within the 40th York Early Music Festival. The event is part of the eeemerging project and is being attended by 10 ensembles from Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, France, Great Britain and the Netherlands. You are kindly invited to watch them!

715 festivals from 39 countries received the EFFE Label 2017-2018 as ‘remarkable festivals’ in Europe. On 4 May, the Label 2017-2018 results were announced by the International Jury chaired by Sir Jonathan Mills. EFFE – Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe, is Europe’s Label for remarkable festivals initiated by the European Festivals Association.
