Upbeat begins at 19:00 and it will held place in Cultural and Congress Centre Dolenjske Toplice. It is in English. It is a free event, but you still have to reserve the ticket. After the chat with artist you will be visit the exhibition of hand crafts by Association of pensioners Dolenjske Toplice.
Festibus will firstly go to upbeat in Dolenjske Toplice and after to The Devil's Tower in Soteska.
