The cultural and congress centre of Dolenjske Toplice is in the heart of the spa valley, among natural healing springs and under the shelter of the mighty Kočevski horn. Since 2007, they have been successfully shaping the story of congress and cultural tourism in this part of Slovenia.

The Cultural Congress Center of Dolenjske Toplice offers modern facilities for organizing cultural events, congresses, seminars, and other professional meetings. All rooms are air-conditioned and allow the use of modern audio-visual equipment, have access to the Internet, projection equipment, desktop, and wireless sound systems. The center is in the immediate vicinity of the Dolenjske Toplice Thermal Spa, together with which they can create a multi-day story interwoven with a business meeting and enjoyment of natural features.

The first mentions of Toplice date back to 1228, when Henrik IV, the Border Count of Istria, granted part of his property to the Cistercian Abbey of Stična. The place, which is named after the source of the thermal springs, has been marked by them since ancient times, as evidenced by the archaeological sites in the immediate vicinity of the place. Today, Dolenjske Toplice is a place of spa, wellness, and congress tourism, as well as an area of unspoilt natural and rich cultural heritage.
