Systemic issues in the evaluation of cultural projects: case Seviqc

Today I sent a document to the members of the Committee on Culture of the National Assembly and to the National Council for Culture addressing systemic issues in the evaluation of cultural projects. It presents a concrete case which, in my assessment, clearly demonstrates a lack of legal certainty, inconsistencies in decision-making, and the use of criteria not defined in the call for proposals.

As I consider this to be a matter of broader public interest, I am also making the document publicly available at
