On October 1, 2024, the Ministry of Culture sent the proposal of the Act on Amendments and Supplements to the Exercising of the Public Interest in Culture Act (ZUJIK-I) for public consideration. 

On November 3, 2024, I sent my comments with two attachments to the Ministry of Culture. All three documents are published at https://www.seviqc.si/messages.html: my comments, the statement of the Initiative for Culture and the opinion of the Ombudsman. 

I invite you to send me the completed QUESTIONNAIRE.
I want to gain wider credibility in the process of adopting this extremely important law for Slovenian culture.

At the same time, I sincerely congratulate Minister Dr. Asta Vrečko and her team for the creation of this document and the extensive and demanding work that was necessary for it.
