The opening concert: Cappella Musicale Beata Vergine del Rosario

On a Friday 16 August 2019 we officially opened the festival Seviqc Brežice 2019 with a concert by Italian ensemble Cappella Musicale Beata Vergine del Rosario from Trieste. Under the direction of Elia Macrí ensemble presented works by two composers Heinrich Ignaz Franz von Biber who worked in Salzburg and Claudio Monteverdi who worked in Venice. Two great composers working in two powerful political and artistic cities. 

At 19:00 first visitiors were able to have a chat with members of the ensemble and visit the exhibition Four elements: 3 - Earth by Posavje Museum Brežice.

Concert that followed was excellent and left the audience amazed.
