You are invited to watch the first act of Haydn's opera Orlando paladino performed by the Purpur Orchestra and recorded by RTV Slovenija in late August at the Grand Hotel Rogaška.

In the first act of the opera, the main character, Orlando, falls madly in love with princess Angelica, who is already in love with a knight called Medoro. His jealousy leads everyone involved into turmoil and drama, which only the fairy Alcina is able to solve with her charming tricks.
The second and third acts will be premiered at TV Slovenija 2, on Sunday, 12th October 2014, at 12.20.
