We are entering the new festival season

Dear friends,
exactly in a month we will be expecting you at Brežice Castle, together with the French ensemble XVIII-21, Le Baroque Nomade, at this year's festival opening concert.

We are pleased to announce the Seviqc Brežice 2015 festival programme and the opening of applications for artistic residencies for young early music ensembles of the international project eeemerging.

We are also proud to announce that Seviqc Brežice is amongst Europe’s finest festivals honored with the EFFE Label 2015-2016. Following a process of intense evaluation from national experts to an international jury our festival is one of seven label receivers in Slovenia. EFFE – Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe, initiated by the European Festivals Association, is the portal for citizens and for professionals to discover and get involved in Europe’s festivals.  It is a new international festival platform connecting festivals that are deeply committed to the arts, their communities and European values. The platform invites audiences worldwide to access up-to-date festival information and participate in festivals across Europe. Above all EFFE recognizes the immense excellence of these festivals in their daily local work all across Europe.

The earlier you buy the festival tickets the cheaper they are. You can buy the tickets at May prices  till 31.5.15. For the performance of Jean-Christophe Frisch, all three concerts of Svetilen and concert Concilium Musicum Wien there will be no entrance fee, but we recommend you book the tickets soon enough anyway.
Tickets can be ordered at info@k-ramovs.si (please provide name of the ensemble, date and place of the concert, number of tickets to be purchased and name and full mailing address of visitors.

Special offers:
  • The unemployed are entitled to a free ticket, as long as there are seats available, but no more than 10% of such tickets can be issued per event.
  • The economically disadvantaged are entitled to a discounted price of 5 EUR regardless of the order date. They need to provide a valid statement of unemployment or a statement certifying that their net income does not surpass 600 EUR a month or a valid student ID.
  • Family package offers the first ticket at full price and up to 3 free tickets for the same concert. The offer is valid for at least two people from the same family but of different generations.
  • Guides to visually or physically impaired visitors have free access to the concert and get a free ride on the Festibus.
