Congratulations to Slovenian peers EFFE 2017–2018

Dear early music lovers!

The arts and culture form the core of their mission to globally promote Europe as a vibrant space of cultural diversity, citizenship, democracy, freedom and peace. To enrich the festival landscape and European society, EFFE (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe) promotes trends in artistic excellence and innovation. EFFE is a programme for festivals and believes that it is an important advantage for Europe’s festivals to be recognised by their peers and the European Union for their outstanding quality and work. The legal body of EFFE is the European Festivals Association (source: www.effe.eu).

EFFE has announced the recipients of the EFFE 2017–2018 label. They feature six Slovenian festivals: City of Women, Ljubljana Festival, Mladi levi, OrkesterkamP, Seviqc Brežice and Ukrep – Festival of Dance Perpectives.

Congratulations to all five peers for their outstanding achievement in the development of Slovenia and Europe.
