Congratulations

I congratulate all the citizens of the Republic of Slovenia
on Prešeren Day, the Slovenian national holiday.

 

The Seviqc 2024 programme is published here https://www.seviqc-brezice.si/events.html. We started selling tickets on January 22. The price is the same for all concerts, but there are also a series of events with free entry, but reservation is required. We started with a very low price of 5.00 EUR, which increases by 1.00 EUR weekly, so during the events it will be 35.00 EUR. The current price is EUR 7.00. You can request tickets with an order form (https://www.seviqc-brezice.si/order-form.html) or by e-mail, or you can also at three ticket outlets (https://www.seviqc-brezice.si/list-of-ticket-outlets.html): Babno polje, Bogenšperk/Šmartno pri Litiji, Celje.

 

The programme will take place from 9 to 23 August 2024 at 9 venues in 4 Slovenian municipalities. It is performed by 36 artists from Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, and Spain. Most of the programme run in Celje, which is well connected to Ljubljana and Maribor by the Slovenian Railways, which is why we adjusted the time of the concerts. The programme consists of 10 concerts, 10 festival upbeats and 1 performance for children. The programme concept supports Slovenian artists, while at the same time connecting them with international ones. That is why they need special exercises, where as part of the Seviqc Camp project we open the possibility of public access and conversation with artists.
