Appeal to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Robert Golob
Honourable Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Robert Golob,
For many years, at least since 2018, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia in the sector of the Ministry of Culture has been knowingly violating the legally guaranteed right to defence when applying for public tenders in the field of culture.
I publicly call on you and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to immediately eliminate this anomaly of democratic relations and lack of compliance with the law and to compensate for the moral and business damage caused by the deliberate withdrawal of the legally guaranteed right to defence.
I urge you to enforce the legally defined right to defence and mediation as a matter of urgency. Currently, the applicants are waiting for new evaluations by the expert commission, and if there are no changes, the best projects will fall again.
Appeal to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Robert Golob (in English translation on the Slovenian page) with a description of the problem and the legal basis is published here.
At the end of the appeal, you are asked to give your opinion.
